These Terms & Conditions govern participation in the OsteoStrong® Limerick Central SMS Messaging Program, memberships, trial offers, guarantees, and related services. Enrollment, participation, or use of our services constitutes agreement to these Terms.
Part I – SMS Messaging Terms & Conditions
- Program Description
By opting in through our website form, you agree to receive text messages from OsteoStrong Limerick Central. These may include appointment reminders, service updates, special offers, event invitations, and wellness tips. - Message Frequency
You may receive up to 3 messages per week depending on your appointments, engagement, and promotions. - Message & Data Rates
Message and data rates may apply. OsteoStrong Limerick Central is not responsible for any carrier charges. - Opt-In Requirements
By entering your number and checking the opt-in box, you confirm that:
- You are the authorized user of the number.
- You consent to receive SMS communications from OsteoStrong Limerick Central.
- Consent is not a condition of purchase.
- This is the only valid method of SMS opt-in; verbal, written, or in-person consents are not accepted under TCR rules.

Reply STOP to any SMS to unsubscribe. You will receive a confirmation message. To rejoin, submit a new intake form and opt-in again. - Privacy & Data Use

The service is provided “as is.” We are not responsible for:
- Delays or failures due to carriers or technology issues.
- Unauthorized access to your device/messages.
- Fees imposed by your carrier.

Part II – Membership, Guarantee & Service Terms
1. Bone Builder Guarantee Program (“New Year Guarantee”)
1.1 Guarantee
OsteoStrong guarantees measurable improvement in bone density within 12 months when the Bone Builder Guarantee Program is completed as prescribed. Measurable improvement is defined as a positive change at any one anatomical site (e.g., spine, hip, femoral neck, as measured by REMS, DEXA, or equivalent).
1.2 Eligibility
- Complete 50 OsteoStrong sessions within 12 months.
- Take AlgaeCal® Bone Builder supplements daily with proof of purchase.
- Complete baseline and follow-up scans on the same machine at the same facility.
1.3 Hold Policy
- Up to 4 cumulative weeks on hold are permitted.
- Longer holds require payment of $50/week.
- Supplement use must continue uninterrupted.
1.4 Refund & Extension
- If no improvement is detected after 12 months of compliance, AlgaeCal refunds supplement cost, and OsteoStrong provides Spectrum-only sessions until improvement is achieved.
- No cash refunds, credits, or pro-rated membership refunds are provided.
1.5 Limitations
Guarantee applies only to enrolled Program participants. It does not extend to standard memberships and covers bone density outcomes only.
2. Membership Terms
2.1 Billing
- All memberships require valid automatic payment on file.
- Members are responsible for maintaining current payment details at all times.
2.2 Month-to-Month Memberships
- Continue until canceled with 30-day written notice via the official Membership Termination Form.
- One final billing applies after cancellation; membership remains active until the end of that cycle.
- No prorated refunds for unused time.
2.3 Annual / 12-Month Memberships
- Require a minimum 12-month commitment.
- Automatically convert to month-to-month thereafter until canceled with the official form.
2.4 Prepaid Memberships
- Nonrefundable and nontransferable.
2.5 Annual Rate Lock
Available for month-to-month memberships with one annual payment.
3. Membership Hold Policy
3.1 Eligibility
- Up to 3 months maximum.
- Hold fee: $29/month.
3.2 Notice Requirement
- Hold requests must be made via the official Membership Hold Request Form at least 3 days prior to billing.
- Holds cannot be applied retroactively.
3.3 Reactivation
Membership automatically resumes when the hold period ends.
3.4 Cancellation During Hold
- Standard 30-day cancellation still applies.
- One final billing occurs after the termination form is submitted, regardless of hold status.
3.5 Account Standing
Only accounts in good standing are eligible for holds.
4. Membership Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations require a 30-day notice via the official Membership Termination Form.
- Texts, emails, voicemails, or verbal requests are not valid.
- One final monthly billing occurs after the termination form is processed.
- The 30-day notice requirement is waived only for members in their first month.
5. Trial Program Terms (Standard & 4-Week Trial)
5.1 Included Services
- One Osteogenic Loading Session ($99 value).
- Access to all modalities for one session + 3 bonus sessions (HydroMassage, PEMF, Red Light, Compression, BioCharger, Vibe Plate, BEMER, etc.).
- InBody 580 Body Composition Analysis ($25 value).
- $175 membership discount.
- Reduced $199 activation fee.
5.2 Conditions
- Trial requires completion of the official Trial Registration Form and wellness assessment consultation.
- Trial is nonrefundable, nontransferable, and must be used within 30 days of purchase unless delayed for medical leave (in which case it may be completed later).
- Members may cancel at any time but trials are not partially refundable once started.
- Refund requests within 12 hours of purchase may be approved less credit card fees.
- Refund requests for unused trials are case-by-case and subject to credit card & administrative fees, including retention of the full setup fee.
- If continued into month 2, the plan defaults to standard membership pricing.
6. General Provisions
- All changes (hold, cancel, trial, guarantee) must be completed using the official OsteoStrong form provided for that action.
- OsteoStrong is not medical treatment and makes no medical claims. Consult your physician before beginning.
- Results vary and are not guaranteed outside of the Bone Builder Guarantee.
- Services are provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind.
- OsteoStrong reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time, with updates posted to this website.
- Governing law: Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. Venue for disputes: Pennsylvania courts.
- By participating, members waive the right to bring class or collective actions; disputes must be brought individually.
